Notice of Funding Availability- Homelessness Solutions Program(HSP)

PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice of Funding Availability: The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, administers the Homelessness Solutions Program (HSP). This program provides funding to the Southern Maryland Continuum of Care serving Charles, Calvert and St. Mary’s Counties to address homelessness. Eligible activities for this funding include Emergency Shelter, Housing Stabilization Services, Outreach and HMIS.

Nonprofit housing providers in Southern Maryland may apply for this grant funding through the Calvert-Charles-St. Mary's Continuum of Care (CoC).

All NEW projects/providers wanting to apply for this funding must submit “Letters of Intent to Apply” to the Southern Maryland Continuum of Care by April 2nd.

NEW provider applicants are strongly encouraged to read all the materials on the HSP, which can be found at:
